Recognition
MCA-I offers its members the recognition that professionals not only deserve, but also often need. Our flagship recognition program—the MCA-I Media Festival—recognizes excellence in the creation of film, video, interactive multimedia, live and internet programs. The very best media communications professionals vie for the coveted Golden, Silver and Bronze Reels. This unique judging competition awards not only the most creative, but also the most effective communication. Additionally, many of our chapters host local awards festivals, giving them local recognition, exposure and critical feedback. We also recognize our stellar volunteers with international honors such as the coveted Chuck Webb Award, the Board of Directors Award, the President’s Award, and the Shining Star Award. Chapters have their own Shining Star programs.
